Studio Etiquette

Silence Phones & Devices

This is your time to disconnect and be present. Please silence your phone before entering the room, make sure all alarms are off and keep it tucked away in your bag. Please do not bring phones into the yoga room unless you have a valid reason. Let’s preserve the peace from the lobby to the studio. our community thrives when we all commit to being fully present

Remove Your Shoes

Take off your shoes before entering the yoga room to respect tradition and keep our floors clean

Personal Hygiene

Please arrive clean and mindful of body odors, perfumes, or scents that may affect others in a shared space. Practicing good hygiene supports everyone’s experience on the mat

Hydration & Hygiene

Bring a water bottle and your own towel if you can. While we do have towels available, using your own helps us reduce laundry and stay sustainable

Props

Feel free to use any of our props—just be sure to wipe them down after class and return them to their proper place – neatly and mindfully, so the space stays tidy and organized for the next class

Late Arrival / Early Exit

If you arrive late, enter quietly and wait for an appropriate moment to unroll your mat. If leaving early, notify your instructor beforehand and exit before Savasana to minimize disruption

Thank you for practicing with care—for yourself, your community, and the space we share. We Appreciate Each of You!
