Kevin’s remarkable resilience has inspired millions through the HBO documentary, The Crash Reel. This experience brought to light the significance and prevalence of TBI. Kevin and His Brother Adam Co-Founded LOVE YOUR BRAIN. It is on a mission to improve the lives of those affected. In honor of Brain Injury Awareness Month, join us for MindfulMarch to raise awareness about traumatic brain injury (TBI).

Love Your Brain Meditation, Mantra, and Movement with Maura Fields

Join Maura Fields for this mindful practice of meditation, mantra and gentle movement In Studio or Virtually focusing on the throat (Vishuddha), third eye (Ājñā ), and crown (Sahasrara) chakras. These are invisible energy wheels that represent the subtler aspects of who we are. Our speech, vision, perception and connection to spirit.
Donations for this class will help fund the “Love Your Brain” foundation. An organization that specifically supports traumatic brain injuries, TBI.
Studies have proven yoga and meditation to be valuable tools in bringing unity to the mind and body. A disconnection felt by those who have suffered a TBI.
By bringing the upper three chakras in a more balanced state, symptoms of confusion and lack of focus will decrease and clarity through speech, vision and mind can begin to take its place.

Discovering Yoga: Sound Healing and Restorative Yoga with Jessica Stansbory

Perfect Gift to do with Mom. Let’s Kick off mother’s day a little early with our beautiful Mother/Daughter Duo that Pure is so honor to have as part of the studio family. Join us for a 75 minute sound healing restorative yoga class. Sound and vibration help facilitate a deep sense of peace, release tension and blocked energy, and balance the energy centers in the body. Gongs and singing bowls will be played while you are guided through gentle stretching followed by several restorative poses. Relaxing into each restorative pose for ten minutes creates a space for both your mind and your body to relax as your brain moves into the Theta state. We will be using a bolster, two blocks, and two blankets. You are welcome to BYOP (bring your own props) or borrow them from the studio. If you are opting to bring your own props please let ashley know.

Join Pure at Cattus Island County Park located at 1170 Cattus Island Blvd., Toms River, NJ 08753 for a Nature Walk through the main trail to the beach for some beach yoga and meditation at the Barnegat Bay. Then we will travel through the red trail and back to through the main trail.Please Bring a Large Beach Yoga Blanket, Water, and Bug Spray. Meet in the Parking Lot
