Tween Yoga Series
With the End of the School Year It Causes Anxiety and Stress with Testing. Yoga helps tweens build the groundwork to live a healthy lifestyle in a safe and non-competitive space. It is a perfect compliment to their busy academic and extracurricular schedule, connecting them with others and themselves in a fun environment. Yoga will be leaving them refreshed and ready for The week ahead. Open to ages 8-13 year’s old Meet Up will be every other Saturday at 11:30 for one hour as Followed:

You don’t need any equipment for this workout! Join Adrienne to get summer ready and get a great barre workout without the barre. This class will include a warm up and a yoga stretch cool down. Get ready to get your heart rate up and tone your entire body through cardio, sculpt, stretch and sweat. Come get lean, improve core strength, tone your thighs, firm your glutes, and improve your overall fitness.This class accommodates all fitness levels.

This is how it works: – Bring 3 – 5 empty quart size mason jars – preferably wide mouth*You Can Also Purchasea Mason Jars at the Studio for $4 a piece*
-When you RSVP you’ll be assigned a salad ingredient closer to event date to bring washed and diced (if needed) in a gallon size zip lock bag filled to the top!
Leave with:
3-5 grab and go salads for the week! And the tools to keep the healthy options going in an easy and conveinent way!

Acro Yoga is not only a great way to stretch, strengthen, and balance but it is a great way to connect with others. Join Ryan Doyle and Krista Morton for this workshop that will literally, turn your world upside down. Most of the practice is partner based and the practice manifests communication, trust, and mindful play. Come Fly and learn how to literally ‘support’ a friend or meet a new friend to support and learn how to be ‘supported’ by them. Your practice will begin with a yoga warm up leading into learning acro techniques and taking flight, and finishing with a cool down. By the end we will have a community that can support one another and do great things!
No Need to Have a Partner, just an open mind to have fun!
