Embrace the New Year Sound Healing and Restorative Yoga with Jessica Stansbory

From: 7:00 pm – 8:15 pm
Join us to embrace the new year with clarity and insight and release energy blockages through Sound Healing and Restorative Yoga. The power of sound can be deeply nourishing as it restores our mind, body, and spirit back to a state of balance. The vibrations emitted from singing bowls entrain our brain wave patterns, calm our hearts, soothe our nervous systems, and harmonize and balance our chakras. Gongs and singing bowls will be played while you are guided through gentle stretching followed by several restorative poses. Relaxing into each restorative pose for ten minutes creates a space for both your mind and your body to relax as your brain moves into the Theta state. We will be using a bolster, two blocks, and two blankets. You are welcome to BYOP (bring your own props) or borrow them from the studio. If you are opting to bring your own props please let Ashley know

2022 Vision Board Workshop with Camille

The use of a vision board has been scientifically proven to be able to increase the activity of visualization through our minds. When we look at the pictures of the things that we want, we will imagine the achievements, the enjoyment and the fulfillment we get from them.

2022 is here and it’s time to set some goals with purpose, strategy, and vision. During this workshop we will be strategizing and putting together a plan of action to implement and activate our goals. Main benefits of having your own vision board:

• It gives you motivation.
• It creates a better intention.
• It gives you better focus.
• It unleashes your inner potential.
• It increases your self-awareness

Scissors, Glue, and Poster board will be provide along with selected supplies

Students have the option to bring additional items for their board including magazines, pictures, quotes, and more

Yoga Mats and Kitty Cats At LIDA Rescue
Jan 16 at Noon

Pure is excited to Partner with LIDA Rescue in Downtown Toms River to bring you cat yoga. Join Pure in the Cat Playroom located at 34 Main St. suite 1B for an open levels open hearted yoga practices while the cats of LIDA Rescue roam around you and maybe land on your mat. It is a Purrrfect way to reset. Options to stay after to continue to play and maybe adopt one of the fur-friends. All proceeds will go direct to LIDA Rescue to continue in their efforts in rescuing and getting cats adopted. Please note that you will need to bring your own mat and remember cats will be roaming and may even scratch at the mat

Yin to Vin Experience with Beth Nenortas

From: 6:30 pm – 7:45 pm
This is what you body and mind is craving! The Yin to Vin Experience allows you to combine passive and active poses to challenge the body and strengthen the mind. Beth will guide you on the mat by incorporating approximately 30 minutes of yin yoga  to deeply access and stretch and release the bodies connective tissues, fascia and ligaments clearing out what no longer services you feeling nourished. Followed by a Vinyasa Practice to improve energy flow by flowing seamlessly from pose to pose and igniting that internal power. You will feel it to heal it! Class will end with a guided meditation to embody relaxation and healing energy.

Buti Yoga with Camille Passantino

Join Camille, a Buti Yoga Certified Instructor, for A class that encourages the idea of “sweating with intention” and discovering your self-worth. This class combines traditional yoga moves and dance. The word ‘buti’ is a Marathi Indian term for “the cure to something that’s been hidden away or kept secret.” The movement involved in a BUTI class is designed to help everyone develop body confidence. It will help you fall in love with your workout, break through emotional and physical barriers, and transform your body. Buti yoga draws out and celebrates the Shakti which symbolizes the feminine energy. and gets the chakras spinning to find that freedom from within. 
This Class is not heated but you will sweat if you want it too- so bring a towel and hydration

Mantra, Meditation, and Gentle Movement Monthly with Maura Fields

Join Maura Fields for our Monthly Mantra, Meditation, and Gentle Movement Class. Maura will guide you through beautiful sanskrit mantras, explaining them and allowing you to experience their power through practice which can be incorporated into your daily practice! A mediation will be incorporate into the practice along with gentle movement.

No prior knowledge or meditation experience necessary – all levels and beginners welcome!
