Join us for a transformative experience where the natural elements inspire and uplift your practice. No yoga mat is needed, most students would prefer a large beach towel or blanket. Don’t Forget to Apply Sunscreen, Bug Spray if that West Wind Occurs, and a Water Bottle to stay Hydrated.
